Sipru

Draft for review — not yet in force

Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Sipru is in private beta. These are the terms we propose for using it, in plain English. They have not been reviewed by a solicitor yet.

1. Who we are

Sipru is operated by Stepan Zarichnyi, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Sipru” mean him, and “you” means the person or business using Sipru. Contact: [email protected].

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the Sipru app and the pages at sipru.co.uk, including the pages your clients open from a link you send them. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy notice and, for the data you keep about your own clients, in the data processing agreement. Both are part of these terms.

3. Your account and workspace

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

When you record information about your clients, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold it and for telling them about it. See the data processing agreement.

5. Plans, the trial and charges

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial. The price of each plan is shown in the app before any charge; nothing is charged today, and no payment can be made in Sipru. During the beta every feature stays open.

Before any charge begins, the price and what it buys will be shown to you in the app or on this site, and nothing will be taken unless you choose a plan and agree to pay. The refund policy says what happens if you do.

6. The client portal

Sipru lets you send your clients a link to a quote, a contract, an invoice, a project page, a questionnaire or a delivery. Anyone who has the link can open what it points to, so send it only to the person it is meant for. Links stop working after 30 days.

Sipru also has a one-time-code step: a six-digit code, valid for ten minutes, sent to the client’s e-mail address before they can open or sign a contract, open an invoice or open a project page. A link to a quote does not use it. The step stays switched off until e-mail delivery is, so today the link alone opens the document or the page.

Your agreement with your client is between you and them. We provide the tool and are not a party to it.

7. Typed e-signature

A client signs a contract by typing their name and agreeing to a consent text that is shown to them at the moment of signing. When they sign, the signature record keeps the typed name, the time, the IP address, the browser details (user agent), the consent text that was shown, and a fingerprint (a hash) tying the signature to the exact version of the document that was signed. A PDF of the signed contract carries a page with this record.

We do not give legal advice. Whether a typed signature is enough for a particular contract is for you to decide; if you are unsure, ask a solicitor.

8. Payments through Stripe

Payments are not switched on in this version. When they are, they will go through Stripe: card details are typed into Stripe’s own pages and are not stored by Sipru, and Stripe’s terms will apply to the payment. These terms will be updated, and you will be told, before that happens.

9. Your content and our property

What you put into Sipru stays yours: your clients’ details, your notes, your quotes, contracts and messages. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it as far as needed to run Sipru for you, including showing it to your clients through the links you send. We do not use it for anything else.

The Sipru software, its name and its design belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Availability

Sipru is a beta. It is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change it, pause it or take features away. Do not rely on it as the only copy of records you need: you can take a copy at any time from More → Account → Export my data.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for everything connected with Sipru is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. While nothing is charged, no fees have been paid. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss. If you use Sipru as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

12. Ending your use, and deletion

You can stop at any time and delete your account yourself; the steps, and what is erased and what is kept, are on the delete account page. Records that a business has to keep, such as issued invoices and signed contracts, are kept for six years as the privacy notice explains.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

13. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with them and significant changes will be told to you in the app. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.

14. Law

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer to go to court where you live.
