What the beta can do
Sign in, set up a workspace, invite someone into it, and keep clients and leads with a clear next step for each. Build and send quotes, send contracts that a client signs by typing their name, and keep invoices as PDFs. Run projects with tasks, questionnaires, delivery links and messages. Send a client a link to what they need to see, or let them see their projects in their own Sipru account. Text size, higher contrast, reduced motion and simplified controls are in More → Accessibility.
What is not switched on
- Payments
- Sipru does not take payment from your clients, and nothing is charged for using Sipru. An invoice shows what is owed; it cannot be paid in Sipru.
- E-mail notifications
- Sipru does not send e-mail about quotes, contracts or messages. You send your client the link yourself, and they will not be told by e-mail when something changes.
- A code before signing
- The one-time code that is meant to be e-mailed to a client before they sign is off. For now the link alone opens the document, so send each link only to the person it is for.
- Open sign-ups
- The beta runs on a test environment whose email provider only delivers to the project's own team, so creating an account from the sign-up screen will not receive its confirmation email. Beta testers are given an account directly.
- Password reset by email
- Same reason. If you are a beta tester and are locked out, email support and it will be reset for you.
Your data
You can take a copy of everything your account can reach from More → Account → Export my data, and you can remove your account and its data yourself — see deleting your account. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy notice.
Reporting something that looks wrong
If you find a way to see data that is not yours, or anything else that looks like a security problem, please email [email protected] with what you did and what you saw, and please do not test it further against other people's accounts.
