Sipru

Draft for review — not yet in force

Refund policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Sipru is in private beta and nothing is charged today. This is how refunds will work once it is. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor yet.

1. Who this is from

Sipru is operated by Stepan Zarichnyi, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. The trial

Every new workspace has a 14-day trial. You do not pay for it and you do not have to give payment details to start it, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Monthly plans

The price of each plan is shown in the app before any charge; nothing is charged today. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next month’s charge; it does not cancel the month you have already started.

4. Purchases made in an app store

If a plan is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google takes the payment and decides refunds under their own rules. Ask them; we cannot refund a store purchase ourselves.

5. Purchases made on the web

If a plan is bought on the web, there is no refund for a month that has already started, except where the law requires one. If you think the law gives you a refund, write to [email protected] and say why. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

6. Payments between you and your clients

This policy is about what you pay Sipru. Payments from a client to a professional are not switched on yet. When they are, refunds of those payments will be a matter between the client and the professional, under the professional’s own terms.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it and significant changes will be told to you in the app. A change does not affect a month you have already paid for.
