Sipru keeps your clients, your quotes, your contracts and the next step for each job in one place — for photographers, filmmakers, DJs and the people who make events happen.

What it does today

A workspace for your business and everything you do with a client, from the first enquiry to the finished job:

• Clients and leads — who they are, what they asked for, and what you owe them next.
• Quotes — built from your price list and sent as a link your client can accept or decline.
• Contracts — sent from your templates and signed by the client typing their name, with a signed PDF kept as the record.
• Invoices — one for each project, with its instalments, drawn as a PDF.
• Projects — with tasks, questionnaires for the client to fill in, delivery links and messages.
• The client portal and the client view — your client opens a link, or signs in to their own Sipru account, and sees their projects and documents.

What is not switched on

Payments and e-mail notifications are not switched on. Sipru does not take payment from your clients, and it does not send e-mail about quotes, contracts or messages; you send the links yourself.

Built to be readable

Text size, higher contrast, reduced motion and simplified controls are settings in the app itself, not an afterthought — because a working day does not always happen in good light with steady hands.
